Hassan made me feel like a Princess, he went the extra mile to make me feel welcome, as did all the staff. The swimming pool, sauna and steam room were so relaxing. A warm welcome at reception followed by a quick check-in led me to my room which was immaculate as well as comfy and cosy, the rest of the facilities were just as excellent.
