Welcome to The Cairndale Hotel & Spa

I’m delighted to be able to welcome you to the hotel.

My family first took over the hotel in 1983 and over this period we have made a number of improvements to the hotel.

Back in 1983 the hotel only had 29 out of a total of 45 bedrooms with en-suite facilities and over the years we have almost doubled that number to 86 bedrooms.

As the largest privately owned hotel in the area, we are always looking to make improvements for the future and with this in mind I’d appreciate any feedback you might be able to provide.

If there’s anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable please speak to a member of staff and if at any point you feel that the service you receive falls below expectation please mention this at the time as it is impossible to rectify things after your stay.

The hotel offers four main dining areas: Reivers Restaurant, The Oak Bar & Restaurant, The Spa Cafe and The Lounge.

Housekeeping
Extra towels, blankets, pillows, and toiletries are available on request. Please contact Reception on Ext. 100.
Housekeeping begins at 9:00 am.

Laundry
Available daily except Sundays and public holidays. Please return your laundry to Reception or call Ext. 100 before 8:30 am for same-day service.

Iron & Ironing Board
Available in your wardrobe.

WiFi
Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Connect to “Cairndale WiFi” and follow the instructions.

Pets
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (£15 per night). Pets are not permitted in public areas or restaurants (excluding guide dogs).

Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Early departures (before 7:00 am) must settle accounts the evening prior. Late check-out is available on request.

Non-Smoking Policy
The hotel is completely non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are located at the front entrance and Park House entrance. A £150 charge applies to rooms where smoking has occurred.
