LOCH ARTHUR ORGANIC CRIFFEL
Best Organic Cheese Award out of a total of 102 entries at the British Cheese Awards in its category for their Criffel Cheeses. Loch Arthur and its Creamery are part of the National Charity, Camphill Village Trust, which has established communities incorporating and supporting men and women with learning disabilities. Based at Beeswing the Creamery uses the milk from their own biodynamic farm and local organic farms to produce their award winning products.

LANARK BLUE
Lanark Blue is a shop milk cheese produced in Lanarkshire. Produced at Ogcastle near the village of Carnwath by Humphrey Errington since 1985, it is a rich, blue artisan cheese made from the cheese maker's own flock. It is one of the finest blue ewe's milk cheese produced in Britain since the Middle Ages.
LOCKERBIE CHEDDAR
Tucked away in the beautiful fields of the Annan Valley between Lockerbie and Lochmaben in Dumfries & Galloway is the Lockerbie Creamery where skilled cheese makers have been producing great Scottish Cheddar for over 50 years. Blended to a unqiue and traditional recipe, Lockerbie Cheddar is distinctively sweet with a wee bit of bite.
Cheese is served with Celery Relish and Mini Oatcakes.
